The LSBC Tribunal recognizes that its work takes place on the traditional Indigenous territories across the lands now known as British Columbia and further recognizes the treaty and Indigenous territories across the lands now known as Canada, home to a large diversity of First Nations, Métis and Inuit.

The LSBC Tribunal office is located in Vancouver within the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. 




Carving of Justice - Gwa Tye Yath by Jim Charlie This wood carving was created in 2008 by Jim Charlie, a member of the Coast Salish Nation and a grandson of carver Dominic Charlie. A careful look will reveal faces repeated four times in the outer ring, a number which is considered sacred.
