Clarence Bolt, Sidney. An instructor of History and World Religions at Camosun College from 1985-2016, Clarence Bolt has extensive experience with research, rigorous historical methods, sharp thinking and reasoning skills, and clear, precise writing. His BC History course emphasized land and law, especially the evolution, through court decisions, of the defining of Aboriginal rights and title. He has extensive leadership experience with community NGOs as well as in local government, including service as a municipal councillor and 15 years on Boards of Variance. He is a member of Sidney's Advisory Planning Commission.
