Paul Barnett

Paul Barnett is president of the Provincial Association of Residential and Community Agencies, BC’s community justice federation. Paul served as executive director of the John Howard Society of North Island from 1980 until 2007, and since then has participated in youth, community justice and indigenous projects including collaboration with several First Nations on Vancouver Island.

Appointed a Bencher in December 2019, Paul is a Chair of the Complainants' Review Committee, and a member of the Finance and Audit Committee and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee.
