At a prehearing conference held on January 25, 2024 and on hearing Jordanna Cytrynbaum, counsel for the Law Society and Gavin Cameron, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The Facts and Determination hearing will be rescheduled to one of the following dates for a five-day hearing, subject to the hearing panel's availability: 
   1. August 5-9, 2024
   2. August 12-16, 2024
   3. September 9-13, 2024 
   4. September 16-20, 2024 
2. The parties are at liberty to canvass further dates with the Tribunal, should the hearing panel be unavailable on the proposed dates;
3. A further prehearing conference is scheduled on February 8, 2024; and
4. Eric V. Gottardi, KC is seized of all procedural matters until the Facts and Determination hearing has commenced.
