At a comprehensive prehearing conference held on July 13, 2023 and on hearing Jordanna Cytrynbaum, counsel for the Law Society and Gavin Cameron, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The Law Society will provide a list of its' witnesses with witness "will say" statements to the Respondent by September 30, 2023; and
2. The Respondent will provide a list of his witnesses with witness "will say" statements to the Law Society by October 23, 2023.
