At a prehearing conference held on April 23, 2026 and on hearing Peter Senkpiel, KC for the Law Society and Julian Wierenga for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. A draft Agreed Statement of Facts is to be provided to the Respondent by May 22, 2026.
2. The Respondent will provide his reply to Law Society counsel by June 12, 2026.
3. A further prehearing is scheduled for June 18, 2026.
