1. The hearing currently scheduled for June 4 to 7, 2024, is adjourned generally on the following terms:
- Counsel for Mr. Bolton will advise counsel for the Law Society upon Mr. Bolton’s release from the hospital;
- Upon Mr. Bolton’s release from the hospital, the parties will schedule a pre-hearing conference to address rescheduling the hearing within four months of his release.
