At a prehearing conference held on September 28, 2023 and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society and Merle Campbell, the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The prehearing conference is rescheduled to October 3, 2023 at 8:30 am;
2. The purpose of the prehearing conference is to clarify the issue of the original and enhanced version of an audio recording; and
3. The October 3, 2023 prehearing conference is peremptory on  the Respondent and her counsel, Mr. Tretiak.
