At a prehearing conference held on August 3, 2023 to discuss the reasons why this matter had not been set down for hearing within four months of issuance of the citation, and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society and Russell S. Tretiak, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The facts and determination hearing is scheduled for two days on October 12 and 13, 2023; and
2. The hearing will be held in-person at the LSBC Tribunal office.
