At a prehearing conference held on May 4, 2023 and on hearing Mandana Namazi, counsel for the Law Society and Richard Gibbs, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The facts and determination hearing is scheduled for four days on October 24-27, 2023;
2. Any further documents to be relied on at the hearing are to be delivered to the Law Society by August 24, 2023; and
3. Any expert reports of the Respondent are to be delivered to the Law Society by August 24, 2023.
