Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on March 30, 2023 and on hearing Mandana Namazi, counsel for the Law Society and Ben Levine, an agent for counsel for the Respondent, the motion adjudicator orders that:

1. The application of the Respondent to adjourn the facts and determination hearing scheduled for April 11-14, 2023 is allowed;
2. A further prehearing conference is scheduled for April 20, 2023, to reset a four-day hearing and counsel are to consult to determine available dates prior to that prehearing conference; 
3. Any outstanding issues arising from the prehearing order made on January 26, 2023, respecting the exchange of witness lists and summaries of evidence will be addressed at the April 20, 2023, prehearing; and 
4. The Respondent will personally attend the prehearing on April 20, 2023, if she is available.
