On the application of the Respondent for an order changing the start date of his suspension coming on for hearing on December 28, 2023 and on hearing Joven Narwal, KC, counsel for the Respondent and Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society, the Tribunal Chair orders that:

1. The start date of the Respondent's two month suspension imposed by a hearing panel in its decision issued October 16, 2023 (2023 LSBC 42) is changed from January 1, 2024 to February 1, 2024 pursuant to Rule 5-12(1)(c) of the Law Society Rules.
