Upon consideration of materials filed in connection with the Respondent's application for a stay of suspension pursuant to Rule 5-20(3), the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. Pursuant to Rule 5-20(3), the following order of the Hearing Panel made December 15, 2023 be stayed until the Notice of Review filed by the Law Society on March 6, 2024 is abandoned or determined:
   • The Respondent be suspended for four months commencing March 1, 2024 or on any date that the Law Society and the Respondent consent to in writing
