Nature of conduct to be inquired into:

1.  Between approximately April 30, 2016, and October 25, 2021, you failed to remit to the Canada Revenue Agency, Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) that you collected from your clients in the years 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2020, contrary to rule 7.1-2 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.
