Order made: June 5, 2023 by the Hearing Panel 

Troy John Dungate

At the conclusion of the facts and determination hearing on June 5, 2023, and on hearing Michael Shirreff, counsel for the Law Society and Troy John Dungate, the Respondent, the hearing panel orders that:

1. The Law Society's written submissions shall be provided to the Respondent by June 21, 2023;
2. The Respondent's written submissions shall be provided to the Law Society by July 24, 2023; and
3. The Law Society's written reply submissions, if any, shall be provided to the Respondent by August 11, 2023.
