At a prereview conference held on August 17, 2023, and on hearing Kathleen Bradley, counsel for the Law Society and David E. Gruber, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The parties shall schedule a one-day review hearing with the Tribunal office promptly; and
2. If the parties are unable to set a review hearing date, a further pre-review conference shall be held on September 7, 2023.
