At a prehearing conference held on April 13, 203, and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society and Ian Donaldson, KC and Jaia Rai on behalf of the Respondent, the motions adjudicator:

1. Ordered that the parties exchange any further evidence they intend to rely upon at the hearing by the close of business on June 14, 2023.
2. Ordered that the parties exchange their written submissions by the close of business on June 30, 2023.
3. Ordered that the hearing be scheduled for a half day on July 19, 2023.
