At a prehearing conference held on February 2, 2023 and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society and Timothy David Klaassen, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. By consent, the hearing currently scheduled for March 1, 2023 is adjourned to June 2, 2023; and

2. By consent, the Respondent will provide his response  to the Law Society's Notice to Admit by March 15, 2023.
