Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on October 8, 2026 and on hearing Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society and Jordan Kinghorn, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1.  The two day hearing scheduled for November 17 and 18, 2026 is to be converted to a hearing in writing pursuant to Practice Direction 8.3.
2.  The Law Society will provide their submissions to the Respondent by October 30, 2026.
3.   The Respondent will provide their submissions, if necessary, to the Law Society by November 6, 2026.
4.   Both parties will provide their hearing materials to the Tribunal by November 13, 2026
