At a prehearing conference held on December 7, 2023 and on hearing Mandana Namazi, counsel for the Law Society and Richard Neary, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. A further prehearing conference is scheduled for January 11, 2024 for the purpose of setting down a date for the submission of the parties' joint submissions to the Tribunal; and
2. The January 11, 2024 prehearing is peremptory on the parties to fix a date for the filing of the joint submissions.
