Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on July 23, 2026 and on hearing William Smart, KC and Susan Humphrey, counsel for the Law Society, and the Respondent on his own behalf, the motions adjudicator orders that: 

1. The Respondent is to provide a letter with regard to particularization of the Citation and a letter with regard to requests for disclosure, to the Law Society by August 21, 2026.
2. The Law Society is to provide the Notice to Admit to the Respondent by September 11, 2026.
3. A further prehearing conference is scheduled on September 17, 2026.
4. The hearing on facts and determination is scheduled for 18 days in person from November 2 to 27, 2026 (excluding November 11 and 26).
