On a motion filed by the Respondent and on hearing William Smart, KC and Susan Humphrey, counsel for the Law Society, and the Respondent on his own behalf, the motion adjudicator orders that: 

1. The commencement of the hearing scheduled for November 2 to 27, 2026 is adjourned based on evidence establishing a medical ground only. The hearing will be rescheduled to a date to be canvassed on September 17, 2026.
2. The Respondent shall provide a newly redacted version of the Notice of Motion and supporting materials by September 14, 2026 to the Law Society and the LSBC Tribunal.
3. The Law Society shall provide their response to the newly redacted version of the Notice of Motion and supporting materials by September 16, 2026.
4. The order made on July 23, 2026 that the Law Society provide the Respondent with a Notice to Admit by September 11, 2026 is rescinded.
