At a pre-review conference held on August 6, 2026 and on hearing Ilana Teicher, counsel for the Law Society, and Joshua Wandler, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that: 

1. The review hearing is set for one day on October 26, 2026.
2. The Applicant/Respondent shall file their submissions by August 28, 2026.
3. The Respondent/Law Society shall file its submissions by September 28, 2026.
