Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on August 26, 2024 and on hearing Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society and Joven Narwal, KC for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1.  The hearing set for Aug 27 – 29, 2024 is adjourned.
2. The next prehearing conference is set for September 12, 2024 for the purpose of setting a new hearing date. If a new hearing date cannot be set within two months from the date of the prehearing as a result of the Respondent’s medical issues, then medical evidence must be produced at the prehearing conference to justify the Respondent’s nonattendance.
