At a prehearing conference held on August 6, 2025 and on hearing Ilana Teicher, counsel for the Law Society, and Lucas Taylor, articled student appearing for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The hearing on facts and determination is scheduled for five days on November 24-26 and December 1-2, 2025 via Zoom.
2. The Law Society is directed to provide their Notice to Admit by September 15, 2025. Extensions of this deadline can be requested by email communication through the Tribunal Registry.
3. A further prehearing conference is scheduled for October 30, 2025 at 9:00AM.
4. Herman Van Ommen, KC is seized of all procedural matters until the Facts and Determination hearing has commenced.
