Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on November 19, 2025 and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society, and Jenny Musyj, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. A further pre-hearing conference is set for December 4, 2025. The purpose of this pre-hearing conference is to set dates for the Facts & Determination Hearing, allowing for time by the Panel to also hear the Respondent's application to dismiss the September 19, 2025 amended citation.
2. The Respondent's application for disclosure is set for January 20, 2025.
3. The Respondent shall provide any evidence or written submissions in support of their application for disclosure by January 6, 2026.
4. The Law Society shall provide their response to the Respondent's materials by January 15, 2026.
