At a prehearing conference held on August 18, 2025 and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society, and Jenny Musyj, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The oral application for anonymization is set for September 22, 2025 at 9:00AM.
2. The Repsondent may provide written submissions by September 12, 2025.
3. The Law Society may provide written submissions by September 17, 2025.
4. If the matter cannot by dealt with by way of oral application on September 22, 2025, then the application will proceed by way of written submissions and
   1. the Respondent will provide their written submissions by September 29, 2025.
   2. the Law Society will provide their written submissions by October 6, 2025.
   3. the Respondent will provide their reply submissions by October 10, 2025.
