Prehearing Order

Respondent 6

At a prehearing conference held on December 4, 2025 and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society, and Jenny Musyj, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The hearing on facts and determination is set for 7 days on May 19-22 and 25-27, 2026 (the "F&D Hearing").
2. The Respondent's application to dismiss the citation and the Law Society's application under Rule 5-5(2)(a) for the Respondent to give evidence at the F&D Hearing under oath, and for the production of documents that the Respondent intends to present to witnesses or otherwise rely on during the F&D Hearing are set for February 2-4, 2026; these applications will be heard before teh F&D Hearing panel.
3. The Respondent shall provide their response to the Law Society's application under Rule 5-5(2)(a) by January 27, 2026.
4. The Respondent shall provide written submissions in support of their application to dismiss the citation by January 12, 2026, and the Law Society shall provide their response by January 27, 2026.
5. The witness, AA, be permitted to testify at the F&D Hearing by videoconference with their mother as support person, and the witness, BB, be permitted to testify at the F&D Hearing by videoconference with their partner as support person.
