At a prehearing conference held on March 31, 2026, on an application filed by the parties, and on hearing Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society, and David G. Butcher, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The hearing on facts and determination scheduled for April 7 to 10, 2026 in person is converted to a one-day virtual hearing on April 10, 2026.
2. The Law Society shall provide their written submissions by April 8, 2026 at 9:00AM.
3. The Respondent shall provide their written submissions by April 9, 2026 at 12:00PM.
