At a prehearing conference held on March 14, 2024 to discuss the reasons why this matter had not been set down for hearing within three months of issuamnce of the citation, and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society and Joven Narwal, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The Law Society shall deliver their Notice to Admit to the Respondent on or before April 14, 2024; and 
2. A further prehearing conference is scheduled for May 2, 2024.
