At a prehearing conference held on December 14, 2023 and on hearing Mandana Namazi, counsel for the Law Society, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The prehearing conference scheduled for December 14, 2023 will proceed in the absence of the Respondent pursuant to Rule 5-5.1(5) of the Law Society Rules;
2. The facts and determination hearing is scheduled to proceed virtually on March 11, 2024; and
3. A further prehearing is scheduled on February 1, 2024.
