1. Between approximately August 2018 and October 2018, you provided assistance to SM, who was then a student enrolled in the Law Society’s Professional Legal Training Course, with his writing assessment when you knew or ought to have known that such assistance could aid, facilitate or encourage dishonesty, contrary to one or more of rules 2.1-5(b), 2.1-5(f), 2.2-1, 2.2-2, and 3.2-7 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.
