Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on March 9, 2023 to discuss the reasons why this matter had not been set down for hearing within five months of issuance of the citation, and on hearing Angela Westmacott, counsel for the Law Society and Arden Beddoes, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The facts and determination hearing of the citation issued July 13, 2022 is scheduled for November 21 - 24, 2023; and
2. The parties are at liberty to reschedule the November 21 - 24, 2023 hearing dates before a motions adjudicator if the dates are no longer viable.
