On a motion filed by the Respondent and on hearing Ian Donaldson, KC, counsel for the Respondent, and Glen Krueger, counsel for the Law Society, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The Law Society will provide a without prejudice copy of their draft submissions by August 21, 2026.
2. The Law Society will provide the Notice to Admit and their written submissions by August 24, 2026.
3. The Respondent will provide his response by 12:00PM on August 26, 2026.
4. The Law Society will provide their reply by 4:00PM on August 28, 2026.
