At a prehearing conference held on September 5, 2025 and on hearing Alex Kim, counsel for the Law Society, and Ian Donaldson, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The Law Society will serve a supplemental Notice to Admit by September 10, 2025.
2. The Respondent will file a Reply by October 1, 2025.
3. The parties will exchange their witness lists and will-say statements by October 8, 2025.
4. The parties will exchange their Books of Documents and authorities by October 15, 2025.
5. The parties will exchange any proposed opening statement by October 22, 2025.
