At a prehearing conference held on October 16. 2026 and on hearing Glen Krueger, counsel for the Law Society and Richard Gibbs, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The hearing currently scheduled for November 2 to 9, 2026 is adjourned to March 1 to 12, 2027.
2. A comprehensive prehearing is scheduled for November 9, 2026, to be held in person at the Law Society.
3. The Law Society will prepare a comprehensive pre-hearing memorandum containing a statement of the facts the party relies upon and its position on the issues in the proceeding by October 26, 2026.
4. The Respondent prepare their comprehensive pre-hearing memorandum by November 2, 2026.
