Case Conference Order

At a case conference held on July 17, 2026 and on hearing Alina Morrissey, counsel for the Law Society, and Joshua Wandler, counsel for the Respondent, the hearing panel orders that: 

1. The continuation of the hearing on facts and determination is scheduled for September 1 and 2, 2026 via zoom, and January 18 to 22 and 25 to 29, 2027 in person (subject to the discretion of the panel).
2. The Respondent is directed provide their final witness list to the LSBC by August 14, 2026.
3. In the event the Respondent intends to apply to adjourn the hearing dates set for September 1 and 2, 2026, the Respondent shall bring that application by no later than August 14, 2026.
