Hearing Order

At a hearing held on September 1, 2026 and on hearing Alina Morrissey, counsel for the Law Society, and Joven Narwal, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the hearing panel orders that:

1. The hearing dates scheduled for September 1 and 2, 2026 are adjourned.
2. The hearing scheduled for January 18 to 29, 2027 will be extended by two days to February 2, 2027.
3. In the event the parties intend to make any further in hearing applications, those applications shall be made in writing.
4. The parties shall file their written applications by no later than November 2, 2026.
5. The responding party shall file their response by no later than November 16, 2026.
6. The applying party shall file their reply by no later than November 23, 2026.
