Prehearing Order

At a prehearing conference held on February 3, 2026 and on hearing Kaitlyn Chewka, counsel for the Law Society, and Joven Narwal, KC, counsel for the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that: 

1. If the Respondent intends to file any further pre-hearing applications, he must file such applications and supporting materials by 4:30 pm on February 12, 2026.
2. If the Respondent files any further pre-hearing applications by 4:30 pm on February 12, 2026, the following orders will take effect:
   1. The Law Society will provide their response by 4:30 pm on February 19, 2026.
   2. The Respondent will provide his reply by 4:30 pm on February 23, 2026.
   3. The application(s) will be heard on February 27, 2026.
