Nature of conduct to be inquired into:
1. Between approximately July 1, 2019 and April 1, 2020, you breached a June 5, 2015 Law Society hearing panel order by failing to submit reports from an accountant to the Law Society on one or more of the dates set out in Schedule “A”.
This conduct constitutes professional misconduct pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.
