At a prehearing conference held on September 14, 2023 and on hearing Marsha Down, counsel for the Law Society and Leonides Tungohan on his own behalf, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The hearing in this matter is set for four days, January 22 to 25, 2024.
2. The parties are at liberty to make any applications they feel are necessary.
