At a prehearing conference held on April 6, 2023 to discuss the reasons why this matter had not been set down for hearing within five months of issuance of the citation, and on hearing Gagan Mann, counsel for the Law Society and Brett Vining, the Respondent, the motions adjudicator orders that:

1. The facts and determination hearing is scheduled for July 17-18, 2023 and will proceed virtually; and
2. The Law Society will provide their Notice to Admit to the Respondent on or before April 24, 2023.
