Order made: November 8, 2023 by the Hearing Panel

At a case management conference held on November 8, 2023, and on hearing Ilana Teicher, counsel for the Law Society and proceeding in the absence of the Respondent, the hearing panel orders that:
 

1. The disciplinary action hearing, currently scheduled to proceed on written materials only, shall proceed by videoconference; 
2. The disciplinary action hearing is scheduled for January 4, 2024 at 10:00 am; and
3. The Law Society shall serve any and all materials relating to the disciplinary action hearing on the Respondent by registered mail.
