Upon consideration of the materials filed in connection with the Law Society's application to establish a timeline for the exchange of written materials for the facts and determination phase of the hearing, the motions adjudicator orders that:
 

1. The prehearing conference scheduled for December 21, 2023 will proceed in the absence of the Respondent pursuant to Rule 5-5.1(5) of the Law Society Rules; 
2. The written submissions of the Law Society shall be submitted to the hearing panel on or before January 26, 2024; 
3. The written submissions of the Respondent will be submitted to the hearing panel on or before February 9, 2024; and
4. The reply submissions of the Law Society, if any, will be submitted to the hearing panel on or before February 23, 2024.
