At a prehearing conference held on July 7, 2022 to discuss the reasons why this matter had not been set down for hearing within five months of issuance of the citation, and on hearing Ilana Teicher, counsel for the Law Society and Nickolaus H.M. Weiser, on his own behalf,  the motion adjudicator ordered that: 

1. the hearing of the citation issued October 5, 2021 is scheduled for October 24 to 27, 2022
